In Paris we discussed how tempest would deal with in-tree functional testing and the potential overlap between the 2 efforts. While a procedure for dealing with potential overlap and removal was decided in Paris, and put into effect during Kilo, we decided to revist the question again to figure out how/if we needed to refine the tempest project's scope when there were more examples of in-tree functional tests.
