OpenStack is supporting three NASA missions:
- Mars 2020 (landing a car-sized lab on Mars to gather data to prepare for human colonization of Mars!),
- Europa Clipper (Jupiter’s moon is the best candidate for finding extraterrestrial life!), and
- SMAP (monitoring the Earth’s soil moisture levels will improve weather forecasts, monitor droughts, and predict floods!)
